Online orders

We offer a 7 day return window from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, stainless, scent free, and have original tags attached.

In-store purchases

in-store shoppers are eligible for exchange only for store credit, also within 7 days. 

To start a return

Please email us at returns@adophies.com return shipping is not covered. Once your return is received and approved, we'll process your refund to the original payment. 

Damages or incorrect items

Oh no! If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please reach out right away. We'll take care of it and make it right.
